Vonage Call Forwarding and Voicemail

Vonage Instructions

 

  1. Log on to Vonage: https://app.vonage.com/login or log onto the Vonage App

 

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on your profile in the top left

 

Forward Calls to your Cell Phone:

  1. In the Settings. Click on Call Forwarding
    • Send to Voicemail: Sends all calls to voicemail
    • Forward Calls: Forward all calls to a certain phone
    • Follow Me: Forwards calls to a number and to another number if no one picks up
    • Simultaneous Ring: Have multiple phone numbers ring

 

Email/Setup Voicemails

  1. In Settings, click on Voicemail
  2. Check “Send voicemail to Email” and enter your email address
  3. Change your voicemail pin and record/change your voicemail greeting
